BENEDIKT BOUCSEIN


Benedikt Boucsein

 

Benedikt Boucsein (Dr. Sc. Dipl. Arch ETH) was educated at RWTH Aachen and ETH Zurich. He conducted his PhD at the GTA, ETHZ on the theme of 'Grey Architecture' (published with Walther König). From 2008-2010 he worked as a design assistant for guest professor Felix Claus at the ETHZ. Parallel to his academic work, Benedikt co-founded the platform Camenzind in 2005 and the architectural partnership BHSF in 2007, which won the Swiss Art Award 2012 for architecture communication. He joined the chair in 2010 as post-doctoral researcher and design assistant and was subproject leader in the project Better Airport Regions from 2012-2014. Since Fall 2014, he works as Senior Assistant at the chair and is responsible for the Master Thesis.
